HOW TO USE 

1. Wipe excess tint from applicator before applying.
2. Working from the center of the lip outward, carefully swipe on one coat of tint.
3. Apply a second coat if a more pigmented color is desired.
4. With Q-tips or clean fingertips, smudge and blend color on lips if you desire a more natural look.
